On July 10–11, 2026, Native Chaos Holdings transmitted courtesy advance copies of a comprehensive Dillon's Rule compliance audit to 16 recipients, including 16 recipients (16 recipients (16 recipients (15 agencies + Chandler leadership) + Chandler leadership) + Chandler leadership) (Texas Attorney General, TCEQ, Railroad Commission, TxDOT, State Fire Marshal, DSHS, OCA, EPA Region 6, FCC, FEMA Region VI, HUD Region VI, Texas Comptroller, TDLR, TDHCA, SECO) and the City of Chandler Executive Leadership & Council. Each recipient has been granted a 30-day technical review period to provide guidance or corrections before public release.

The audit examines the City of Chandler, Texas Code of Ordinances against current Texas and federal law, identifying 145 actionable findings — including 16 rated CRITICAL (consolidated to 12 Harmonized CRITICAL Findings for public tracking) — across all 16 audited units (14 chapters with Chapter 14 split into two parts, plus the 2025 New Laws Queue). The full package will be made publicly available when the review period concludes on August 9, 2026.
